General terms and conditions

Binding reservation shall be confirmed by us in writing.

The reservation is binding when a deposit for the arrangement is paid up to 30 days prior to arrival. For the outstanding payment, we accept cash, ec-direct, Postcard, reka cheques, Euro/Mastercard, Visa and American Express

Cancellation terms:
In case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival: CHF 45.00 cancellation fee In case of less than 21 days prior to arrival or in the event of premature departure: 3 daily flat rates. We recommend the conclusion of a holiday cancellation insurance.

Subject to price and exchange rate changes.

Prices in EUR are guiding prices and based on an exchange rate of CHF 1.50 (as on 01.11.2009)

Any exchange rate fluctuation shall be taken into account in our individual offer to you!

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. / check-out until 10:00 a.m.

The following services are included in the price per person and day: Scrumptious breakfast buffet with many domestic products, a varied 4-course dinner with a choice for adults and dinner from the buffet for children, value added tax, room service and Davos guest card.
During the flat rate weeks, a lunch snack as well as coffee/tea and cake are included.
The guest tax equals an additional CHF 4.60 / EUR 3.07 in the summer and CHF 5.90 / EUR 3.93 in the winter per day and person from 12 years of age. The basic fee for children also includes paps, feeding bottles, syrup, children's or extra beds, children and baby care in accordance with the daily programme.
The surcharge for full board equals CHF 15.00 / EUR 10.00 per adult and CHF 10.00 / EUR 7.00 per child from 3 years of age per day.

Parking space in the underground garage:
Summer CHF 5.00 / EUR 3.13
Winter CHF 8.00 / EUR 5.00

In consideration of children with allergies, pets and smoking are prohibited in the entire building.
